Device requirements

Android with 8GB+ RAM recommended, plus about 4GB of free storage for the one-time AI model download. Older or lower-RAM devices can install, but generation will be slow. iPhone support comes later.

Your data — and deleting it

Everything Kivo stores lives in an encrypted database on your device — there is no server-side copy. To erase everything: Settings → Delete all data, or simply uninstall the app. Either way, it's gone, instantly and completely. Details in the privacy policy.

Common fixes

Model download interrupted? It resumes where it left off — reopen the app on Wi-Fi.
Generation feels slow? That's your phone doing real AI work. Plug in, and queue kits in the background instead of watching — Kit notifies you when they're done.
A shared job didn't come through? Some job pages block automated reading. Copy the posting text and paste it into Add a job — works every time, fully offline.
